The wildly popular Oxford Park Commission’s annual Easter Egg Hunt has been moved due to the construction at Pat Lamar Park. It will take place Saturday at the soccer/softball fields on McElroy Dr. this year. For those of you who have not yet participated in soccer and have no idea where this is – just next to the post office. The egg hunt is for children 10 and under and will begin at 9 am. 5000 eggs will be ready and waiting. In case of bad weather the egg hunt will be rescheduled.
Friday morning at 10 am the library is having their egg hunt.
Friday at 1 pm you can find another one at Azalea Gardens at 100 at Azalea Drive.
Wall Doxey State Park on Hwy 7 near Holy Springs will have an egg hunt on Sunday. Registration begins at 12:30. The egg hunt is just part of a full day of Easter activities at the park.
